Technical Program Manager

Overview

As a Technical Program Manager III at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), focused on our Risk & Trading product space, you are here to be a part of a Lean TPM Organization focused on being force multipliers in the company. The Technical Program Manager is a technologist with experience in working with teams who can influence outcomes and defend our quality posture for our customer facing products and internal platforms.. As an enablement function you will be expected to support our best-in-class Engineering organization as they continue to build scaled distributed systems with quality and highly reliable.

Responsibilities

• Take a context driven approach to driving technical and product programs by developing a deep understanding of Fanatics Betting and Gaming's goals and desired outcomes.
• Communicate, develop, and implement a data-driven strategy, approach, and roadmap for technical program management needs.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, inside and outside of Engineering, and collaborate with leaders to prioritize technical efforts and provide input on program features and capabilities.
• Remain current on technology and trends in engineering.
• Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team building activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Technical Program Manager experience
• 7+ years of directly working w/ Software Engineering Teams
• Interface and communicate with Development and QA teams, Product Managers, Marketing Tech, and Customer Support
• Interface with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, and work with engineering teams to define, evaluate, and prioritize program scope and implementation plans.
