Your Talent

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development

· Knowledge of software architecture patterns and best practices.

· Proficiency in programming languages like Java and frameworks.

· Experience with microservices, and containerization technologies.

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Self-reliant and able to make independent decisions.

· Fluent English communication skills

· Team player with a joyful approach to work

Your Mission

• Design and implement robust software solutions that align with our business goals and technology strategy.
• Accompany development teams through the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices and quality standards are met.
• Provide technical knowledge and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
• Support and train junior developers, helping them grow their technical skills.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends and evaluate their applicability to our goals.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of our software systems.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code.
