Role Overview: As a Technical Service Desk Analyst at DAZN, you will be the first point of contact for our end users, providing top-notch technical support and ensuring seamless operations. You will leverage your expertise in systems administration, incident management, and automation to enhance our IT services and reduce manual efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Systems Administration: Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including tools such as Jira, Confluence, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory, ensuring optimal performance and security.

• Incident Management: Quickly and effectively resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring a smooth user experience.
• End User Support: Provide exceptional support to our end users, addressing their technical needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Operating Procedures: Develop and document standard operating procedures to streamline our IT processes.
• Reporting: Build and maintain insightful reports using PowerBI to track and analyze key performance metrics.
• Automation: Utilize PowerShell, SQL, and Power Platform apps to automate processes and reduce manual efforts via ITSM.
• Azure Active Directory: Manage provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts, groups, and enterprise applications from Azure Active Directory.
• Cloud Migration: Lead the migration of systems from on-premise to cloud, including users, groups, distribution lists, and shared mailboxes, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption.

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 4 years of experience in systems administration, automation and incident management.

• Strong understanding of PowerShell, SQL, and Power Platform apps.
• Proficiency in creating and managing reports on PowerBI.
• Expertise in Azure Active Directory, including provisioning and de-provisioning user accounts, groups, and enterprise applications.
• Experience in migrating systems from on-premise to cloud, including users, groups, distribution lists, and shared mailboxes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle end-user issues with patience and professionalism.
• A proactive approach to reducing manual efforts and automating processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
