Job Description
As a Tech Lead, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a cross-functional team within the Product & Technology Team, who are responsible for developing the group's CMS (and similar) systems, mainly using .NET and Sitecore.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll work closely with the Product Owner to plan and achieve project outcomes, ensuring high-quality technical contributions and effective team management.

What you will do
- Oversee the design and development of robust Sitecore solutions, including new web development patterns, implementation of JSS, and integrations with other systems.
- Customise and extend the Sitecore platform to meet various project requirements, ensuring the optimal performance, scalability, and security of Sitecore implementations.
- Lead with technical expertise and communicate technical solutions to the development team.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sitecore Developer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Sitecore CMS, including customization, configuration, and integration with other systems.
- Sitecore Certification (e.g., Sitecore Certified Developer) Is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
