Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Team Sports Performance Specialist to be based in London, UK. 

Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Team Sports Performance Specialist based in London. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping Red Bull’s impact within UK Team Sports by building strong relationships with clubs and teams across the country. A particular focus will be on engaging performance stakeholders within the clubs to grow belief in the brand and demonstrate how Red Bull supports performance. While the role is based in London, it will involve significant travel around the UK.

You’ll work closely with Red Bull’s owned and partnered teams in the UK while also developing new relationships with clubs we are not currently working with. The goal is to grow product consumption within Team Sports by educating athletes and performance staff on the benefits of Red Bull, how it fuels performance, and the key moments it should be consumed. You’ll also lead on-site activations that position Red Bull as a trusted performance partner and strengthen product visibility across the Team Sports landscape.

Expand all

  • Team Partnership Management

    Work with the Team Sports Manager and Product Specialist across the 10 teams in the Team Sports portfolio to identify key personnel to engage with.

    Build strong relationships with sports performance staff (nutritionists, S&C coaches, physios, medical teams) at partner clubs.

    Visit partner clubs regularly to strengthen relationships, support their needs, and become a recognisable presence within the training environment.

    Act as a primary point of contact for performance-related topics, ensuring seamless collaboration and trust.

    Lead activations with partner teams that bring the Red Bull brand to life across training grounds, stadiums, and team environments.

  • Team Sports Network Development

    Identify and engage teams across the UK team sports landscape where Red Bull is not currently a partner.

    Build relationships with performance staff (nutritionists, S&C coaches, physios, medical teams) to introduce the brand and establish credibility.

    Visit teams and clubs across the country to develop relationships and expand Red Bull’s presence within the team sports ecosystem.

  • Product Education & Performance Credibility

    Educate performance staff and athletes on the benefits of Red Bull, how it fuels performance, and the key moments it should be consumed.

    Provide clear, evidence-based guidance on how Red Bull can support training and competition environments.

    Position Red Bull as a credible performance partner within both elite and emerging team sport environments.

  • Athlete Engagement & Advocacy

    Identify athletes within team sports who are current or potential Red Bull consumers.

    Build relationships with these athletes to encourage authentic product advocacy within sporting moments.

    Track athlete usage and engagement to help grow the brand’s consumer base within team sports.

  • Product Availability & Visibility

    Ensure Red Bull product is consistently available within team environments when athletes and staff need it most.

    Manage hardware and product orders from clubs across the Team Sports portfolio.

    Drive strong product presence within training facilities, performance spaces, and matchday environments.

  • Travel

    Travel regularly across the UK to build relationships, support teams, and deliver activations.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • Background in sports performance, nutrition or athlete support a must.
  • Experience working within or with professional clubs or teams desirable.
  • A Red Bull drinker, you understand our brand and love what we do.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship skills, particularly with sporting/performance stakeholders.
  • Confidence in liaising with performance staff and high profile individuals.
  • Knowledge of current trends in training, recovery and nutrition.
  • A self-starter, flexible, and willing to travel regularly for club meetings and activations.
  • Full UK clean driving licence desirable.
  • Travel 50-60%
