As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will be a critical part of our growth engine, focused on building robust talent pipelines across North Macedonia and broader Europe. Your mission will be to identify, engage, and attract top-tier candidates for our most strategic roles.

You will work within an international team, supporting Senior Recruiters and Group Head of Talent Acquisition to achieve ambitious hiring targets.

Having a solid experience sourcing software engineering and corporate roles is key to succeed in this role.

We offer a permanent contract with competitive salary plus placements bonus.

For this role you must be able to work on a hybrid basis with at least 1 day per week working in our office based in Skopje.

Key Responsibilities:

Pipeline Generation: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong, sustainable pipelines for both Software Engineering and key Corporate Functions roles. You will be responsible to ensure that all relevant job adverts are active on our website and on the main recruitment channels.

Talent Engagement: Be the first point of contact for potential candidates. You will professionally connect with talent pools through diverse channels, including LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other messaging platforms, acting as a compelling brand ambassador for the Company.

Candidate Management: Own the initial candidate journey from attraction through to the first interview stage. This includes:

  • Attraction and Screening: Engaging passive talent and qualifying their interest and fit.
  • Assessment Coordination: Sharing and managing the logistics of the take-home assessments required for each roles.
  • Interview Scheduling: Managing the scheduling and logistics for the initial interview, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are involved.

Market Intelligence: Provide insights and recommendations to the wider Talent Acquisition team on talent market trends, compensation, and competitor activity in your target regions.

  • Proven Sourcing Expertise: 1 to 3 years’ experience in sourcing in a high-volume, fast-paced corporate or agency recruiting/sourcing environment, ideally within the Technology or Product sector.
  • Technical Acumen: Experience sourcing for Software Engineering roles (e.g., Frontend, Backend, Mobile, DevOps, QA), B2B and B2C Support roles, Project Management roles etc.
  • Geographical Focus: Specific experience or a deep understanding of the talent market in North Macedonia and European countries is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional Communication: Fluent professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) with the ability to engage and persuade candidates through all communication channels.
  • Organization & Logistics: Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder scheduling and logistics with precision and efficiency.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: You are highly proactive, can work independently, and are motivated by ambitious hiring goals.
