The Role
At Genius Sports, our Talent Acquisition Managers are strategic, solutions-focused partners who drive the growth of our teams by identifying, attracting, and securing top talent. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders—up to and including the C-Suite—leveraging deep market insight and expert hiring strategies to influence hiring outcomes and build high-performing teams.
In this hands-on role, you’ll take ownership of hiring across our Commercial division, primarily in the US, while also managing a TA Partner based in London and supporting recruitment efforts across EMEA and APAC. You will lead with insight, agility, and empathy—balancing time-sensitive hiring needs with a commitment to quality, equity, and long-term impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment across commercial functions in the US, driving sourcing strategies, process improvements, and exceptional candidate experiences.
- Partner with senior leaders, including C-Suite stakeholders, to design and execute hiring strategies that align with business goals.
- Coach and advise hiring teams on interview best practices, equitable assessment, and data-driven decision-making.
- Utilize recruitment tools such as Greenhouse, Workday, LinkedIn, and AI/automation platforms to optimize workflows and candidate engagement.
- Contribute market intelligence, including compensation insights and talent availability, to influence strategic planning and offer decisions.
- Lead and mentor a London-based Talent Acquisition Partner, aligning recruitment goals across global teams.
- Champion our employer brand, developing recruitment marketing initiatives to amplify reach and resonance with diverse talent.
- Maintain operational excellence by ensuring compliance with global processes and continuously improving recruitment delivery.
What You Bring
- Proven experience working in-house and partnering with senior stakeholders, including C-Suite leaders.
- Deep understanding of full-cycle recruitment forcommercial functions, ideally within Tech, Media, Sports, or AdTech industries.
- Strong global recruiting experience, with particular focus on the US markets.
- A strategic mindset combined with hands-on sourcing skills across diverse channels.
- Proficiency with tools like Greenhouse, Workday, LinkedIn, and AI-driven recruitment platforms.
- A data-oriented approach to problem solving and reporting.
- Team leadership experience, including mentoring or managing TA colleagues.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Flexibility to support hiring across other business functions as needed
The salary for this role is based on an annualized salary of up to $145,000 per annum depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to take part in Genius Sports Group's benefits plan.
