Join us as a Talent Acquisition Intern and get hands-on experience in recruitment. You’ll help coordinate interviews, support admin tasks, and learn practical skills in talent sourcing and candidate management.

This is a 12-month internship with flexible working hours - perfect for university students.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule interviews and coordinate details with candidates and hiring teams.

• Support Talent Acquisition admin tasks, including referrals, hiring surveys, etc.

• Keep recruitment systems and records organized and up to date.

• Help manage job postings and track applications.

• Look for potential candidates online and learn basic sourcing techniques.

• Communicate with candidates to share updates or answer simple questions.

• Support small projects that improve the way we hire.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong organization and attention to detail.

• Clear, friendly communication skills.

• Interest in learning how recruiting and hiring work.

• Willingness to step in and learn by doing.

• Comfort using digital tools like Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, Slack (optional, can be learned on the job).

• Studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields (optional).
