Role Overview

Calling all sports fans! Fanatics, Inc. is looking for a dynamic Qc Supervisor to join our Distribution team in Waxahachie, TX. This person will Supervise the productivity, accuracy and activities of all auditors. Ensure all processes and procedures are being used correctly. Continue to provide Training, Coaching, Evaluations and feedback to all auditors and Product Integrity Manager. Work closely with the Product Integrity Manager and provide accurate reports and records for daily, weekly and monthly reports. Ensure all work orders are audited/100% inspected in a timely manner. Work with Product Integrity Manager, internal managers, supervisors, and floor leads to prioritize work orders that need to be audited/100% inspected. Keep track of all work orders, audits, and 100% inspections. Supports and acts as a backup to Product Integrity Manager. Assists with special projects and assignments as directed by the Product Integrity Manager

How you will make an impact:

  • Supervise and coordinate audit team activities, ensuring accurate quality control of unfinished and finished products.
  • Train, coach, and mentor auditors on standards, procedures, and product specs.
  • Monitor audit workflow, prioritize work orders, and ensure timely 100% inspections.
  • Maintain detailed audit records and generate reports.
  • Serve as the backup to the Product Integrity Manager.
  • Approve strike-offs and conduct audits when necessary.
  • Lead regular team meetings and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address quality issues quickly and effectively.

What you bring to the team:

  • A proven track-record of building and leading world-class, high-performance teams to set and deliver against aggressive financial targets and operational deliverables.
  • Significant leadership experience, including P&L ownership, in roles within consumer products businesses, including DTC in apparel and/or hard goods; pureplay e-commerce and/or omni-channel businesses, as well as wholesale manufacturing and sales.
  • Deep understanding of the league/team/property/college partners and the fans they serve – and the ability to coalesce a unified vision to drive a culture that is relentlessly focused on enhancing the fan experience with Fanatics. 
  • Obsessive about best-in-class customer/ fan experience across all touchpoints, creating a unified digital/ omni-channel vision and strategy to engage fans, building best in class capabilities across all brands, products, securing deep and broad customer engagement.
  • Highly data/metrics-driven and analytical with a structured problem-solving approach and with a profound understanding of how to drive sophisticated customer intelligence capability, working closely with data teams to do so in an omni-channel environment, and will have deep familiarity with the relevant supporting technologies to drive best-in-class experience.
  • A natural leader who can appeal to all levels of employees and stakeholders. Will bring the drive to push for growth and results and the grit and resilience to devote sustained energy to the goals and pillars of Fanatics Commerce.
  • Ability to collaborate and positively influence teammates to drive decision-making without always owning the ultimate responsibility and accountability of all stakeholders.

Where You’ll Work and What’s required:

  • Associate’s degree in Textiles or 5+ years of relevant quality control experience
  • Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
  • Experience working in warehouse settings
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods
  • Must be able to distinguish colors accurately
  • Excellent attendance and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Strong leadership and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Sharp organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work independently
  • Comfortable with fast-paced, evolving priorities
  • Reliable, with strong time management and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of garment construction, color matching (Munsell test), and data accuracy
  • Primarily in warehouse and office settings, with some exposure to weather
  • Monday to Friday, full-time; flexible hours based on business needs
  • Travel (0–5%)

Preferred:

  • Bilingual – Spanish and English
  • Experience with Manhattan and Oracle systems
