WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Within the EMEA Marketplace Supply Chain Seasonal Excellence team, you will be part of the Pre & Post Season Supply Chain team. Reporting into the Manager Supply Chain Order Entry and Order Management, you’ll be part of a team of Supply Chain Order Entry & Order Management Specialists.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate should bring a continuous improvement mindset with project management skills. Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate the below criteria;

  • A proven work experience in a supply chain/logistics function with a passion for operations.

  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive a best-in-class service.

  • Analytical skills which support a result driven approach delivering operational excellence.

  • An innovative mentality and proven track record in leading and delivering process improvement.

  • The ability to solve complex problems by analysis, investigating and resolving them in a time constraint environment.

  • The ability to understand and communicate complex information in an understandable way.

  • Supports the achievement of goals independently while simultaneously contributing to team performance.

  • A proven track record of project management experience.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Supply Chain Order Entry & Order Management Specialist, you will drive operational excellence through activities to execute and optimize seasonal order entry, order management, and order book reconciliation.

  • Execute Order Entry & Order management for the NMP business in partnership with DSM and broader Supply Chain teams.

  • You will liase with other Marketplace Supply Chain teams across NMP and Seasonal Excellence (Pre/In/Post Season & CxFOP). You will also work in close collaboration with Planning/DSM, Sales, Merchandising, Responsive, SC Analytics, and Nike Technology teams, amongst others.

  • Contribute to alignment to ensure Consumer Code dates cohesion with optimal Order Entry, Order Management, and Order Book Reconciliation activities.

  • Support the transformation of the new MSC setup by championing the vision and approach with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement related to our tools, processes and end to end collaboration with your key x-functional partners.

  • Working closely with your colleagues to identify and facilitate continuous improvement activities to improve the efficiency of how Nike supply chain operates within the marketplace through the lens of Pre & Post season activities.

  • Ensure coordination of processes and deliverables with other SC Specialists.

  • Utilize strong E2E operations, commercial and account facing experience to ensure effective KPI focus, business delivery to elevate service and ensure accurate Pre & Post season execution through x-functional collaboration.

  • Contribute to initiatives and results towards our operational KPI’s (Service, Convenience, Sustainability and Profitability).

  • Flexibly move to provide your subject matter expertise in areas of critical business need across EMEA Supply Chain.
