Who We Are Looking For
As the Supply Chain Operations (Marketplace Supply Chain) Manager, the candidate starts with the athlete* in mind and translates marketplace needs into operational priorities. The role leads and develops a high-performing senior supply chain team, combining operational expertise with commercial insight to drive growth, service, and execution.
As a strategic partner to the Sales Senior Director, the candidate helps shape and execute plans that connect commercial ambition with operational delivery, ensuring readiness to meet demand and deliver the Nike consumer experience in the moments that matter for our consumers.
What You Will Work On
Own end-to-end supply chain execution across your Marketplace Unit—from order planning to delivery—ensuring alignment with Territory Offense priorities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior supply chain professionals, building a culture rooted in accountability, agility, and continuous growth
Align commercial priorities, partner needs, and operational capabilities to enable success during key demand moments (such as seasonal peaks and product launches)
Drive supply chain performance management, including:
Order book health and execution
Service level performance aligned with defined frameworks
Operational responsiveness and efficiency
Represent supply chain in internal and partner-facing forums, ensuring clear communication of risks, constraints, and opportunities
Translate marketplace demand into operational actions across planning, logistics, sales, merchandising, and other cross-functional teams
Build strong relationships with marketplace partners to align on service expectations and operational improvements
Lead data-informed improvement initiatives to enhance service, speed, and efficiency
Enable launch readiness and seasonal execution across new accounts and key initiatives
Champion continuous improvement, simplification, and service innovation using analytics and automation
Contribute to marketplace supply chain strategy by sharing insights and scaling best practices
Who You Will Work With
The role operates in a collaborative, cross-functional EMEA environment, partnering with teams across Sales, Planning, Logistics, Merchandising, Finance, and external marketplace partners.
The candidate reports to the Marketplace Supply Chain Director and is part of our full Marketplace Supply Chain leadership team. You will work closely with your colleagues as part of a full Territory Supply Chain LT and our enabling teams. This role partners closely with the Sales Senior Director to drive marketplace performance.
What You Bring
Extensive experience in supply chain, operations, or commercial roles, with knowledge of partner-driven business models
Proven ability to manage and improve end-to-end supply chain performance
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels
Experience translating business priorities into clear operational execution
Track record of leading and developing teams in a matrix environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience driving process improvement, automation, and transformation
Understanding of supply chain fundamentals including service, inventory, and operational efficiency
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly
