WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role is part of the Inventory & Returns Optimization team, within the broader Seasonal Excellence and Pre- & Post-Season organization. In this position, you will be responsible for maximizing inventory turnover & margin through:

  • Optimizing the Returns (reverse logistics) product flow through hands-on project management

  • Executing and optimizing Orderbook health/clean up activities through cancellations

  • Effectively managing product integrity issues by facilitating the right actions and including the right teams

Success in this position requires strong cross-functional collaboration and effective stakeholder management across the organization. Key stakeholders will include the Returns Management team, responsible for the daily execution of the returns process, customer-facing Nike Marketplace teams, commercial teams and various operational Supply Chain teams based in our logistics centre in Belgium. You will report to the Manager of the Inventory & Returns Optimization team.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the below criteria;

  • Established track record in Project Management and Process Improvement.

  • Background in supply chain, with a strong passion for operational excellence. Additional experience in the reverse logistics industry preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills & ability to translate complex issues and processes into clear overviews and actionable plans.

  • Experienced in data & analytics including building dashboards and deriving insights to drive decision-making (e.g. to build a business case); advanced Excel skills required.

  • Proactive self-starter with an innovative mindset and a proven track record in leading and delivering process improvements.

  • Collaborative team player who contributes to shared responsibilities, supports collective workload management (including shared mailbox tasks), and actively engages in team-building initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Lead and execute end-to-end improvement projects focused on optimizing the Returns product flow, working closely with cross-functional teams and managing a broad range of stakeholders.

  • Contribute to the day to day run the business activities by executing and optimizing Orderbook health/clean up activities through cancellations.

  • Manage product integrity issues on a daily basis by facilitating the right actions and including the right teams.

  • Develop data-driven insights by creating dashboards, performing analyses in Excel, and translating these insights into concrete, actionable recommendations.

  • Support the business in other ad-hoc requests.

Relocation is not provided for this role.
