Supervisor Outbound FC

Purpose:

Lead and manage the order preparation and dispatch activities for B2B channels.

Key Accountabilities:

• Follow up with 3PL on B2B wave planning
• Act as the intermediary between adidas B2B commercial teams and the 3PL
• Own WHO COTIF / Retail COTIF and on time dispatch preparation from the DC side
• Identify efficiencies in non eCommerce processes to improve variable costs and productivity
• Lead IT innovation initiatives to enhance process flow and traceability
• Provide inputs and outputs to the sales team regarding order visibility and quality
• Align with the transportation team to ensure efficient DC support for delivery strategy

Qualifications:

Education: University degree in Industrial, Logistics or Administration Engineering or related careers.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain logistics position.

Experience in b2b operations is valued. 

Languages: Advanced English (read & write)
