DC Coach - Replenishment

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

In this role the individual will be working in a team environment in which their department will be overseeing the replenishment of goods in the selection area. They will also be working in alignment with the other departments of the distribution centre to process materials in a quick and efficient manner.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills. They must be able to lead a team towards a common goal. They must be able to create individual goals for both their team members as well as themselves. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills. They should promote an environment of open communication. They must listen and respond to Athlete issues and concerns, as well as communicate company procedures and ensure consistent application of Nike policies.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree or related discipline and at least 3 years management experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment; or an additional 2 years in lieu of a degree.
  • 3 plus years of experience managing employees required.
  • PC skills required, experience with Excel, Word, SAP, WMS, DCMS and Kronos would be a plus.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills, attention to details, working well under pressure and able to meet deadlines required.
  • Ability to access all areas of the warehouse and to be able to lift up to 50lbs.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

The Replenishment team will be restocking product on an hourly basis in the selection area. During which time, each carton/item that arrives will be collected, scanned, and deposited into selectable locations. It is the Coach’s duty to manage these key functions for accuracy, and productivity. Duties in the Replenishment department also include, quality checks, recyclable carton collection and other functions as required by the business. Flexibility will be key to this department as cross-functional work with the Selection team occurs constantly.

  • You will be working in a fast paced, multi-functional environment.
  • You will be building/overseeing a team. Duties of which include departmental/shift goal setting, as well as team member goal setting.
  • The successful candidate will be working in collaboration with all internal partners of the distribution centre.
  • You will be working and implementing new processes and procedures that will be aligned with the new direction/practices of the business.
  • You will be responsible for moving team members based on where the workload is available.
  • Able to work overtime with little or no notice before or after schedule shift.

The annual base compensation for this position generally ranges from "$64,200 to $96,400. Actual compensation will vary based on a candidates qualifications, skills, and experience.
