WHAT YOU WILL DO

• LEAD TEAM PERFORMANCE
  Guide a functional area to meet productivity and quality goals while cultivating a collaborative and inclusive team culture

• ENGAGE AND DEVELOP TALENT
  Support associate growth through hands-on training and coaching that builds confidence and capability

• OPTIMIZE PROCESSES
  Use data and reporting tools to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline operations

• CONNECT TO THE CONSUMER
  Ensure every action in the DC supports a consistent and elevated consumer experience

• MAINTAIN SAFETY AND ORDER
  Champion a safe and organized workspace that reflects our commitment to excellence

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Experience in high-volume distribution or retail operations
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to analyze data and improve workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems
• Commitment to learning and applying adidas product knowledge
