Summer Internship Operations

THE ROLE:

Join our Emerging Talent Summer Internship and gain hands-on experience in sports operations at Genius Sports. Over 8 weeks, you’ll work as part of a real team, contribute to live projects, and learn how global sports technology and data power live sports behind the scenes.

This is a practical internship where you’ll be involved from day one, not just observing. You’ll build real skills, work with experienced teams, and take part in activities designed to support your personal and professional development.

Open to anyone aged 18+, including students, recent school graduates, or those looking to change career direction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support day-to-day operations within your assigned team
• Learn how our tools, systems, and data flows work
• Collaborate with team members and take part in team activities
• Assist with problem-solving and improving workflows
• Gain exposure to live sports operations and real-time data environments
• Take part in learning sessions focused on personal and professional development

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• You are 18 years or older
• Fluent in English (verbal & written)
• Passion for sports, data or technology (or all!)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and follow instructions
• Reliable with a positive, proactive attitude
• Availability to work on-site, including in shifts and weekend work depending on the team

IMPORTANT DETAILS

• On-site at our Tallinn Office (Ülemiste City)
• 29 June - 19 August 2026
• 1250€ per month
