Your mission

• Verificarlayoutsde tiendas ycorners, considerando variables de espacio, operación y mobiliario, para lograr su alineación con estándares de marca y requerimientos operativos. 

• Coordinar yhacer seguimiento ala ejecución de renovaciones estéticas en tiendasRetailyWholesale, para lograr la actualización de los espacios según lineamientos definidos.

• Encauzarla relación con proveedores en el desarrollo de proyectos de tiendas, showrooms y oficinas, para lograr la disponibilidad y cumplimiento de servicios requeridos.

• Encauzar el control de la gestión presupuestaria de proyectos de tiendas, showrooms y oficinas a nivel regional, para lograr la ejecución conforme a presupuesto definido.

Your talent

• 4 a 5 añosde experiencia en proyectos, construcción, planificación de tiendas, fabricación de mobiliario, gestión de contratistas y control presupuestario.

• Conocimiento y gestión de proyectos de especialidades (electricidad, climatización e iluminación).

• Gestión de planificación de trabajo / elaboración de cartas Gantt.

• Software dediseño: AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, PowerPoint y 3D Studio Max.

• Excelintermedio.

• InglésAvanzado.
