Full Description
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the design, development, and optimization of AI Agents leveraging LLMs, reinforcement learning, and other AI techniques.
•Architect and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance AI-driven software solutions.
•Develop APIs, frameworks, and tools to support AI Agent development and deployment.
•Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to define AI-driven features and solutions.
•Optimize AI models for real-world deployment, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and low latency.
•Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, incorporating best practices into the development lifecycle.
•Mentor and guide junior engineers in AI technologies and best practices.
•Ensure compliance with ethical AI guidelines, data security, and privacy standards.
Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
•8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and machine learning.
•Proven experience in designing and deploying AI Agents, LLM-based systems, or reinforcement learning models.
•Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
•Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs.
•Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed computing.
•Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
•Experience with MLOps, model optimization, and deployment in production environments.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience with multi-agent systems, conversational AI, or autonomous decision-making AI.
•Familiarity with knowledge graphs, semantic search, or vector databases.
•Contributions to AI research, open-source projects, or publications in AI conferences.
•Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving AI projects from conception to deployment.
