Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
The Sr. Specialist Business Planning will be fully responsible for leading the Business Planning agenda for the Directional Lifestyle account, ensuring robust forecasting, inventory health, financial alignment and commercial performance — with special focus on improving Lifestyle results.
This role requires a highly experienced Business Planner who can independently manage planning cycles, structure processes in a non-standardized environment and influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive sustainable growth.
The position plays a critical role in bringing visibility, discipline and predictability to the business in a context where tools, systems and client processes are not fully integrated.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end Business Planning process for Directional Lifestyle (forecast, OTB, sell-in, sell-out and inventory management)
• Lead seasonal and monthly planning cycles, ensuring financial and commercial alignment
• Drive performance recovery within Lifestyle by identifying risks, opportunities and action plans
• Develop scenario simulations and demand projections to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure alignment across Sales, Finance, CTC and Supply Chain
• Build and standardize reporting routines, dashboards and KPIs
• Navigate multiple data sources and client-specific tools, ensuring data consistency and reliability
• Proactively identify performance gaps and lead corrective actions

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Strong and proven expertise in Business Planning (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of wholesale/retail commercial dynamics
• Advanced analytical skills and structured thinking
• High autonomy and ownership mindset
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to operate in complex and non-standardized environments
• Advanced Excel (mandatory)
• Power BI (strong plus)
• Intermediate English (nice to have)
Experience
• Proven experience as Business Planner / Commercial Planner / Demand Planner
• Experience managing strategic or key accounts
• Background in consumer goods, fashion or sports industry is a plus
