Responsibilities
Sales Enablement & Commercial Insights

Partner with the Sales Team to set demand, revenue and margin targets, provide financial support and insights, and ensure alignment on pricing strategies, discount management and profitability goals.​

Track and analyze POS customer sales performance to inform strategic decision-making.​

Support contract pricing and negotiation efforts to drive value for the business.​



Strategic Financial Leadership

Develop and direct demand, revenue and margin strategies and controls to achieve Fanatics Brands Wholesale business objectives and long-range plan.​

Serve as a trusted partner to business leaders, offering guidance on strategic, operational, and organizational matters.​

Support business development initiatives, including organic growth and M&A opportunities.​



Financial Reporting, Forecasting, and Analysis

Provide accurate and timely reporting of key financial metrics, including demand, shipments, cancellations, and gross margin rates.​

Lead financial forecasting efforts, including frequent updates and a 13-week rolling demand-to-shipment forecast.​

Prepare and analyze customer P&Ls, identify sales opportunities, improvement suggestions and identification of profitability risks.​

Develop value-added reporting and analytical tools to drive efficiency and business insights.​



Operational Performance & Collaboration

Analyze operational issues, measure business performance, and identify areas of opportunity for growth and efficiency.​

Manage relationships across support functions, including Corporate Finance, Sourcing, Planning, Operations, and Marketing Operations, to ensure alignment and service excellence.​

Oversee inventory and reserve management to align with financial and operational goals.​



Organizational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

Define organizational structures, set objectives, and manage workloads to achieve departmental goals.​

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and streamlining
