About the Role
Fanatics is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Collector Segmentation and Loyalty lead to drive the development and optimization of segmentation strategies and oversee and the development and execution of loyalty and VIP programs that drive collector engagement and retention. This role requires expertise in data analysis and segmentation techniques with a focus on making analytically-driven decisions to create high-impact initiatives tailored to the needs of high-value collectors.
Responsibilities:
- Segmentation Strategy:
- Leverage advanced analytics tools to analyze customer data to develop and implement collector segmentation frameworks to guide marketing strategies.
- Identify and monitor key collector segments based on behaviors, preferences, and demographics
- Program Development:
- Design and implement loyalty programs that enhance collector experience and foster long-term relationships.
- Develop strategies for identifying and engaging VIP collector.
- Collector Engagement:
- Create personalized campaigns and rewards to increase collector satisfaction.
- Leverage data insights to tailor loyalty offerings.
- Performance Optimization:
- Monitor program performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure ROI on loyalty and VIP program initiatives.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Lifecycle teams to align loyalty initiatives with broader goals.
- Work with analytics teams to track KPIs, measure impact, and make informed decisions that continue to optimize and improve our loyalty offering
Key Metrics for Success:
- Delivering dynamic and relevant messaging and notifications that Collectors feel a sense of positive recommendations to help them in their collecting journey.
- Achieving the goal of acquiring net new collectors across Live & Collect in 2025.
- Meeting or exceeding Loyalty/VIP KPIs.
- Successful cross-functional collaboration to drive aligned outcomes with Commercial, Product, and Finance.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in customer segmentation, analytics, loyalty marketing or program management.
- Expertise in customer engagement strategies and CRM tools. ● Strong project management and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Experience with e-commerce or digital platforms.
- Experience navigating ambiguity to solve unstructured problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with predictive modeling and machine learning tools.
- Familiarity with global consent management regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and data privacy best practices.
- Experience in the sports, collectibles or entertainment industry.
Skills:
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term strategies and make quick, informed decisions to optimize campaigns in real-time.
- Loyalty / VIP Programs: Expertise in designing and managing impactful loyalty and VIP programs, leveraging data to build customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data, make strategic decisions, build strong reporting structures, and translate data into actionable insights
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven success working with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to align on business goals and acquisition strategies.
- Intellectual Curiosity: Eagerness to learn new concepts, technologies, and methodologies with ability to absorb and apply complex information in a short timeframe to drive results
In Los Angeles, the salary range for this position is $123,000-$154,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. In NYC, the salary range for this position is $133,750-$167,500. The listed salary ranges are specific to Los Angeles or NYC and may not be applicable to other locations. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
