Sr Coordinator Team Services

Responsibilities:

• Day to day contact for League Clubhouse Equipment Managers
• Responsible for helping build and maintain a positive relationship with the Clubhouse Equipment Managers
• Receive and process all Clubhouse orders to MFG floor while working within our available capacity and contractual obligations
• Manage order flow to satisfy customer expectations daily
• Maintain player database for each season
• Manage and maintain jersey stock levels
• Work with Manufacturing and Distribution to expedite orders as needed
• Responsible for ensuring Clubs have placed full roster (special events, opening day, etc.) orders in a timely manner to allow enough production time
• Monitor and track imported apparel orders for the following season
• Work collectively with planning for upcoming seasons forecasts and needs for raw materials
• Department Calendar Management - ensure necessary tasks are completed within calendar timelines
• Travel and participate in Spring Training Fit Sessions
• Travel and lead individual Club meetings at Winter Meetings
• Travel to Clubs when required
• Assist with other projects as assigned and needed

Educational/Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Previous sales/customer service experience required (inside or outside)
• 5+ years of related professional experience
• Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships
• Must be able to maintain effective internal relationships
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point)
• FMS/DMS and experience helpful, but not mandatory
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Must be able to multitask and be flexible
• Valid drivers license
• 15% travel
• Travel to on site facilities, as needed, during special events and hot markets
