Sportstech Technical Support Analyst

THE ROLE:

This role is part of Genius' team that helps sports leagues and teams boost performance on and off the field using cutting-edge tech, analytics, and visual insights.

We're looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join our support team onsite in Tallinn. You'll help our customers solve problems quickly, working closely with internal teams to keep our supported products running smoothly. This is a shift-based role covering Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 18:00.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Communicating with internal teams
• Investigating and solving problems raised by users within our supported product cluster
• Identifying possible bugs and escalating complex issues
• Turning technical issues into clear, customer-friendly updates for other departments
• Creating and maintaining a Knowledge Base for known issues and solutions

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Strong communication skills in English, spoken and written
• Computer literate
• Working knowledge of SQL and JSON
• Experience with ticketing systems
• Basic API troubleshooting is a plus
• Previous (technical) support experience is a plus
• A proactive problem-solver who stays accurate and calm under pressure, works well independently or as part of a team, and isn't afraid to escalate issues when needed

The monthly salary for this full-time role ranges from €1910 to €2550 gross. This role will also be eligible to take part in Genius Sports Group's benefits plan.
