Sportsbook Onboarding Officer

THE ROLE:

Join a central Ops team that keeps Genius running smoothly - empowering our teams to focus on what they do best: driving the business forward.

As a Sportsbook Onboarding Officer in our team, you'll help deliver world-class products and services to our clients. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, technical setup, and ongoing success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Manage implementation requests, testing, and onboarding timelines to deliver products on schedule.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align goals and ensure seamless project delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients, leading training sessions and customizing onboarding materials.
• Set up and document customer systems, integrations, and API connections for fixtures and data access.
• Use Git and Terraform to deploy environments, manage Auth0 logins, API keys, and configurations.
• Work with AWS tools (API Gateway, Cognito) and maintain alert/logging systems like LOKI and Snowflake.
• Continuously improve onboarding processes, documentation, and share client insights to enhance products.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Strong understanding of APIs and the ability to read and apply technical documentation.
• Proven experience onboarding new customers or products, including technical setup and user training.
• Familiarity with the sports betting industry and bookmaker integrations.
• Working knowledge of Git, Terraform, and AWS services.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of video technology (codecs, bitrates, resolutions, and delivery protocols).
