Full Description
The Sport Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing projects and programs within the sports area. They ensure a strong and efficient network on the grounds of long-lasting and state-of-the-art athletes and programs. In charge of sports events and project management, selection of athletes, and decision on the optimal support (branded, tools, or product).

Expand all
Sport Network Development
Builds up and maintains good relationships with athletes, sports clubs, and fitness centers.
Ensures fulfilment of terms agreed with all major national sports partners that support Red Bull Albania brand priorities.
Screens and answers all sport and event-related consumer requests and realizes fitting approaches and added-value activities in selected 3rd party events.
National Event Program Planning
Implements the athletes and events program based on Red Bull's global guidelines.
Develops and executes project concepts that are tailor-made and highly relevant for national consumer groups.
Strong usage of Red Bull's global athletes and events portfolio, by using international athletes locally or by sending national participants to global Red Bull activities.
Contribute to the delivery of perfect event execution.
Deliver cost-conscious and budget-responsible performance to support total P&L (budget responsibility).
Cross-Functional Cooperation and Cooperation with Global RB Sports Dept.
Work with cross-functional managers to align strategies and maximize brand activation opportunities.
Close and continuous coordination and cooperation with the Brand and Communications departments.
Intensive cooperation with Sport Managers from the Adria region.
Contribute unique stories, interesting topics, new formats, and top media content for Red Bull Media House.
Branding and Communication
Design and contribute unique stories, interesting topics, new formats, and top media content for Red Bull Media House and answer all sports-related consumer requests.
Responsible for Brand appearances in national sport programs (including Fields) according to international benchmarks and guidelines.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Previous work experience in the sports industry, sports events, or marketing agency, sports institution or federation, or as a journalist, professional athlete, or trainer.
- Ability to design and organize events and projects of all scales
- An understanding of sports performance, specialist knowledge, and experience.
- Creative, innovative, and open-minded, able to shape and develop ideas and inspire others.
- A strong networker with exceptional communication skills.
- Capable of remaining calm and collected in an extremely busy environment, dealing with several demanding deadlines.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Studies in general marketing, sports marketing, business or media
- Fluency in English
- Travel 20-30%
