Sports and Culture Marketing, as an important pillar that adds the uniqueness to our brand, creates wow and premium experience to our consumers. Sports and Culture Specialist contributes to establish sports and culture marketing strategy and ensure its perfect execution to achieve strong credibility of the product and brand. The position covers Athlete Marketing, Event Marketing, Gaming Marketing and Culture Marketing by supporting Sports and Culture Manager. Event Marketing
Collaborate with Sports and Culture Manager on creation of event marketing portfolio. Contribute to deliver premium brand experience to our consumers through event marketing. Create unique and innovative concept for event marketing to differentiate from others.
Deliver perfect execution of Red Bull owned event. Keep a close watch on 3rd party sports event opportunity. Select and execute right 3rd events that are valuable to be part of.
Gaming Marketing
Communicate with Media Network, Brand, Sales, HQ Gaming team, and external stakeholders to facilitate gaming partnership for 360 activations. Maximize usage of gaming assets to meet marketing and company objectives. Nurture relationship with professional gaming players to drive gaming marketing activations. Establish rich network in gaming community to catch emerging trends and changes.
Athlete & Artist Marketing
Work with Sports and Culture Manager to create Athlete Project. Support Red Bull Athletes and Artists with perfect package of performance, marketing, and communication. Contribute to select a right personality who meets criteria of Red Bull Athlete and Artist.
Culture Marketing
Partner with Sports and Culture Manager to ensure perfect execution of Red Bull owned and supported culture events. Support Sports and Culture Manager to nurture relationship with local culture community.
General Tasks
Collaborate with Sports and Culture Manager to establish annual business plan. Serve as sports and culture expert to identify local landscape and emerging trends. Contribute cross-functional collaboration by leveraging departmental strengths. Innovate sports and culture marketing with introduction of new concept. Establish Red bull as a credible and functional beverage in country sports and culture landscape.

- 3+ work experience in sports marketing, sports events, federations, esports, or other relevant area in relation to sports and culture marketing.
- Ambitious, positive, innovative, open to feedback, structured, motivated, and good in a collaboration.
- An understanding and knowledge of sports and culture marketing.
- Strong team player.
- Event production experience for sports and culture events.
- Executive skills with clear communication, problem-solving capability.
- Handling agency to deliver perfect execution of sports and culture projects.
