At Red Bull, we don't just support core sports, we help shape them. As a Sport Marketing Event Specialist, you will play a key role in developing partnerships, growing our presence within the scene and activate our Brand across Switzerland.

• Core Sports Partnerships and Network

  In this role, you will identify and develop strategic opportunities that strengthen Red Bull's presence and credibility within the core sports landscape. You will work closely with event organizers, opinion leaders, associations, communities and other key partners, helping to shape collaborations from the first conversation through to successful implementation.

• Core Sports Activations

  You will be involved in a variety of core sports projects and events throughout the year. Whether it's a local community event, a partnership activation or a sports project, you will take ownership from planning to execution. Together with partners and colleagues, you will help create memorable experiences and ensure Red Bull shows up in an authentic and impactful way within the core sports scenes.

• Event Car Program

  You take ownership of Red Bull's Event Car Program in Switzerland. From developing activation concepts to coordinating deployments and logistics, you create unique touchpoints that bring the brand directly to consumers throughout the year.

• Innovation & New Ideas

  You contribute actively to the development of new event formats, activations and community-driven projects. You are always looking for opportunities to create experiences that resonate with fans and consumers. Furthermore, you support the business planning process, prepare presentations and reports, manage budgets and ensure efficient coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

• You have 1-3 years of experience within sports marketing, event management, agencies, sports organizations, associations or related industries. 
• You are genuinely passionate about the Skate, Bike and Freestyle Snow scenes and have a strong network in the communities. You understand the trends and together with key players you shape these sports in Switzerland.
• You have experience managing projects with stakeholders and know how to keep different priorities, timelines and expectations aligned while maintaining a structured and organized way of working
• You are prepared to travel a lot (CH) and work at weekends. On top of that, you work independently, bring a hands-on attitude as well as good relationship-building skills
• You are fluent in German and feel comfortable communicating professionally in both English and French, written and spoken.
