You will be responsible for the development, quality, and governance of the SPIRIT portfolio, managing the full lifecycle of programmes to ensure they remain innovative, educationally robust and commercially successful. The SPIRIT class at David Lloyd Clubs combines yoga, Pilates, and meditation for a holistic, energizing, and calming workout experience. You will ensure all SPIRIT programmes align with the David Lloyd Clubs brand vision, values and wider wellbeing strategy.

The role leads the performance and growth of SPIRIT across clubs, driving participation and instructor adoption while overseeing programme budgets, content creation and education delivery. Working closely with Master Trainers, marketing teams and external partners, you will support new programme development and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across the SPIRIT brand.

About you:

• Proven experience creating and developing group exercise programmes, including class concepts, choreography and supporting content.

• Experience developing and delivering instructor education and training, with the ability to train, assess and certify instructors to deliver group exercise programmes to a high standard.
• A recognised holistic discipline qualification (e.g. Yoga, Pilates, Spirit or similar).
• A recognised Exercise to Music (ETM) qualification.
• Assessor and/or IQA qualification.
• Experience within fitness or wellness operations, with a strong understanding of the role group exercise plays in delivering an exceptional member experience.
• Understanding of education frameworks, CCEMs, CIMPSA and EREPS standards
