Full Description
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Systems you as the Specialist, Talent Systems are the first point of contact for HR technology support. You will impact employees and Internal partners by ensuring consistent service delivery for our existing platforms while Identifying opportunities to Improve systems and processes in the future.
RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT
Serve as the first level of support for all of North America’s HR applications.
Create clear and consistent local processes for recurring support requests.
Ensure service guidelines are followed and keep various ticketing platforms up to date.
Monitor interfaces to ensure errors and bugs are resolved promptly.
Create and update system documentation, user guides, job aides, and FAQs.
Develop training to onboard new Talent team members and keep current team members up to speed.
Oversee and implement configuration changes and effectively train users on how it will impact them.
Perform regression testing for upgrade cycles.
PARTNERSHIPS TO IDENTIFY AND EXECUTE ENHANCEMENTS
Work with internal Talent and Payroll partners to identify business challenges and leverage new or existing technology to improve employee experience with HR technology.
Partner with global HR, HRIS, and IT teams to recommend and implement enhancements to global platforms.
Understand market trends and advancements, and how they are relevant to North America.
Help shape the roadmap/strategy for North America’s HR platforms, highlighting capabilities needed and technology solutions to close gaps.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT
Understand and establish escalation processes for various vendors.
Proactively find improvements by reviewing product documentation and customer forums.
Work with vendors to prioritize system enhancements that benefit RBNA.
Evaluate vendor performance and scan the market for alternatives if necessary.
SYSTEMS IMPLEMENTATION & CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Support with local implementations for new platforms.
Manage multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment on project priorities and deliverables.
Organize detailed testing to ensure requirements are met.
Coordinate and deliver communication, training, and change management.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 2 years of experience administering and supporting HRIS platforms
- Exceptional communication skills
- Understanding of technology vendor selection and management
- Knowledge of end user support best practices
- SAP HR, SuccessFactors, and Dayforce experience strongly preferred
- Travel 0-10%
- Permanent
