Full Description
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Support the execution of GPS systems and process strategy within the assigned area of responsibility (Reporting, Process, or System). Contribute to accurate systems and process performance and collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational outcomes. Assist in system and process testing to help ensure end-to-end system integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing changes from internal and external projects, ensuring alignment between processes and systems.
- Participate in testing activities and contribute to test script execution and documentation.
- Maintain and update process documentation and mapping as a process support agent.
- Support the setup and execution of systems and processes to ensure performance and accuracy.
- Identify and escalate issues or inconsistencies in systems or processes.
- Carry out system updates as directed by GPS teams and stakeholders, following established rules and timelines.
- Participate in end-to-end release testing and help assess impacts from system or process changes.
- Collaborate with operational teams and GPS stakeholders to analyze issues and support process improvements.
- Build foundational knowledge of systems and processes to assist operational teams effectively.
- Ensure primary data validations align with system requirements for SAP SCM SNP/AFS and SAP IBP/S4 planning systems.

- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP ERP and planning systems (SAP SCM SNP, AFS, GPS, IBP, S4) preferred
- Fluent in English.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, planning, or information systems
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or planning (experience in Accessories, Apparel, or Footwear industries is a plus)
- Exposure to BI dataset tools and MicroStrategy reporting tools is beneficial
