Department: Buying, Trading & Allocation
Direct Reporting Line: Sr Manager Store Allocation
Indirect/secondary reporting line: Senior Director, Buying Trading and Allocation

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Execute the initial allocations and in-season replenishments for all Factory Outlet stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute initial allocations for one or more classes
- Collaborate with Buying partners for alignment on where product should be sent.
- Monitor and execute weekly replenishment allocations based on sales trends, sales forecasts, promotional events, and overall business strategies
- Attend weekly, monthly, and seasonal meetings with cross-functional team members.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work independently while maintaining strong working relationships with others.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with an intermediate skill level in Excel.
- Problem solving mindset and uses their critical thinking skills to identify and resolve
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
- 1- 2 years typical relevant work experience
- Experience with Retail and/or Merchandising preferred
