Your mission

  • Own end-to-end product activation process, ensuringaccurateandtimelyproduct launches across all digital channels.

  • Maintain seasonal product assortment matrix, launch statustrackersand documentation for activation workflows. 

  • Support inday-to-day site merchandisingoperations, including categorization,special featuretaggingand attribution. 

  • Manage all product activation reporting and communicateregularstatus updates,impactsand concerns to stakeholders.

  • Partner with Merchandising, Planning, Content and Marketing teams to supportproduct/campaign launches, seasonalrefreshesand promotional readiness. 

  • Optimizecategory hierarchy andproductattribute datain various source systemsto improve product discoverability. 

  • Own end-to-end process for creation, testing, and quality assurance ofpromotional campaignswithin our Ecommerce platform

  • Lead regionalproduct photography process, in partnership with Global teams,to ensurerequired assets for activation arereceived andmeetingbest in classvisualstandardsset.

  • Champion continuous process improvements byidentifyinggaps and recommending candidates for workflow improvementstomanagementteam

  • Troubleshoot and supportsolutioningproduct functionality issues, coordinating with technical teams as needed. 

  • Support AB Testing, SEO and other CROinitiativesto increase engagementand drive sales. 

  • Document and track competitive and industry trendsthoughsite deep dives, sharing findings and making recommendations. 

  • May coordinate or lead smallsitemerchandising projects orinitiatives withinrelatedworkstreams. 

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s degreepreferred.

  • 3+yearsofecommerce, digital merchandising, or site operations experience. 

  • Ability toindependentlymanage multiple assignments, prioritizetasks, anddeliverdeadlines in a fast-pacedenvironment

  • Strongattention to detail,demonstratedaccuracy,and commitment to executional excellence. 

  • Proactive problem solver who thrives on troubleshooting and continuous improvement. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability tosucceedin a highly cross-functional environment. 

  • Experience analyzing performance data to support recommendations.  

  • Proficiencywith Excel and Microsoft suite for bulkuploads, processworkflowsanddata organization. 

  • Experience working withinEcommerce platforms/technologies.

  • Customer focused mindset with a passion for transforming digital experiences. 

The hiring range base pay for this position is $62,700-$83,380 + Bonus + Benefits
