Responsibilities:

  • Support store business owner to drive store initiatives and campaigns, working closely with agencies and cross-functional partners to land in the business requirement and brief.    

Pre-season:

  • Deeply learn & know well about store business/product/investment/category focus, define jd.com seasonal business plan.
  • Support store owner to make clear brief to cross functional team for pre-season preparation.

In-season:

  • Build in-season business tracking file to closely monitor the business landing, and product performance every week.                                                                                                                    
  • Be responsible for initialing commercial campaign brief, by partnership with all JD.com functional teams, and be the owner for the end-to-end campaign managements.           
  • Closely work with SBD, mkt, BP, merchant, and site experience team to maximize product/story opportunities by every week. Allocate internal site resources to promote seasonal key stories/ highlight. 

Post-season:

  • Deliver clear platform insight and be the contact window with merchant and AP to influence platform future product adoption. 
  • Store seasonal recap (Campaign or seasonal)

Requirements: 

  • Know about online/ offline business operation model, Know about Nike product.
  • Strong and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence others, Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functions.
  • Ability to create reports, business plans, and digital initiatives plan with strong analysis skill set.
  • Strong ownership, logical and structural thinking, down-to-earth spirits.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office applications; proficiency in PPT and Excel.
  • Strong written skills in both English and Chinese.
