As an EKIN, you will become the face,voiceand heart of Nike. Your passion forsportwill be your guide. You will serve the Nike Sport Marketplace by educating andenergisingretail associates and sport communities through memorable experiences. You willleverageyourexpertiseto serve athletes* and help them solve their problems. You will be the eyes and ears of Nike,observingand listening to the voice of athletes* and sharing those observations with Nike teammates. You will play a key role in bringing Nike's Mission to life every day.

In this role, you will befield-basedwithin the UK and Ireland marketplace. You will work fluidly across the London UK & Ireland Marketing team and with cross-functional partners to bring Nike's Running vision to life for consumers in the marketplace. You will work closely with Nike Direct stores, wholesale partners, running communities, and brand marketing teams at both London UK&I and EMEAlevel. You will also work closely with the EMEA EKIN team to stay connected to the latest strategies, productinnovationsand best practices.

You will report directly to the Manager, Integrated Retail, EKIN London UK & Ireland.No twodays will be the same. The shape of your day-to-day work will vary significantly, and your approach will need to adapt accordingly. Success in this role requires curiosity, collaboration, soundjudgementand the ability to build strong relationships across a diverse set of partners and communities.

They enjoy helping others learn, are comfortable presenting to groups, and can build credibility with retail partners,athletesand community members alike.

They are organized, self-motivatedand able to manage multiple priorities independently. They bring a growth mindset, adapt quickly to changing needs, and are excited to contributenew ideasand perspectives from within the running world.

  • Experience delivering education, coaching, training, productknowledgeor learning experiences.

  • Strong communication,presentationand storytelling skills, with the ability to engage a variety of audiencesand build relationships with stakeholders, communities, retailpartnersand consumers.

  • Good understanding of the UK running market, retaillandscapeand consumer,with an authentic connection to the running community.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.

  • Experience in content creation, digitalstorytellingand/or project management isadvantageous.

  • Flexibilityto work across multiple locations within the UK & Ireland marketplace, including Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Birmingham, Dublin,Glasgowand Edinburgh

  • Availability towork and travel across the UK basedonbusinessneeds (travel and work may fall over weekends and odd hours). This won’t be your everyday 9-5 role. 

  • A valid UK Driver's License isrequired.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As Specialist II, Integrated Retail, EKIN, London UK & Ireland, you will be part of the London UK & Ireland Retail Marketing function, reporting directly to the Manager, Integrated Retail, EKIN London UK & Ireland.

You will: 

  • Be on the ground to prioritize the Running (& Training) consumer x fields of play with a 365 approach to building connection and community within the marketplace. 

  • Deliver engaging training experiences to upskill and inspire retail employees across the marketplace including Nike Direct and wholesale partners on Nike’s mission, brand and innovation Deliverallseasonal and 365 education and engagement plans for Running (and Training).

  • Build connections with running consumers, communities, retailpartnersand Nike Direct stores across the marketplace.

  • Delivering engaging education and trainingexperiences to upskill and inspire retail employees across the marketplace including Nike Direct and wholesale partners on Nike’s mission, brand and innovation.

  • Bring Nike Running stories to life throughinteractive experiences includingproduct clinics, store visits, footwear trials, communityexperiencesand brand activations.

  • Gather insights from athletes, partners and communities and share them to help shape future opportunities.

  • Partner with the London UK & Ireland Marketing team and cross-functional teammates to deliver Nike's brand and businessobjectives.
