Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Operations Specialist to establish, digitize & optimize our ICON.SH studio's daily operational processes. This role is pivotal in maintaining streamlined SOPs, identifying potential areas of efficiency improvement through technology adoption and process engineering, and ensuring that our studio processes stay agile & efficient. This candidate will work cross-functionally with our studio internal teams (incl. production, post-production, creative, studio integration etc.) and keep an open eye on evolving production industry trends for opportunities to continuously enhance studio production & operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Studio Process Digitization & Optimization:

• Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) leveraging Nike-approved technology solutions across end-to-end operations.

• Ensure that all procedures are documented, accessible, and aligned with the studio's goals and brand standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify current inefficiencies and leverage technological solutions for continued improvement.

• Drive process re-engineering initiatives to optimize workflow, reduce redundancies, and improve overall operational performance.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Act as the primary liaison between creative, technical, and strategic teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.

• Facilitate effective communication across departments to support operational improvements.

• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to assess the impact of implemented strategies.

• Prepare regular reports and presentations for executive leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations for further enhancements.

3. Industry Trend Analysis:

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices within digital media and creative production space.

• Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage new technologies & approaches that boost content quality, increase studio operational efficiency, and maintain on-brand consistency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Digital Media, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within a creative production environment.

• Proven track record in developing and maintaining SOPs and implementing process improvements.

• Strong understanding of digital operations, emerging technologies, and process re-engineering methodologies.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• A proactive, innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

The position is subject to the standard working hours system. Based on business needs, the company will make adjustments and arrangements for the work shifts and rest days of this position, and will notify you in advance (for example, work shifts may be divided into day shifts and afternoon shifts, and rest days may be scheduled on days other than Saturdays and Sundays).
