WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Casting Coordinator who is equal parts casting director and organizational powerhouse. You live for human connection—whether scouting fresh faces on the streets or nurturing relationships with models agencies. A razor-sharp memory for names and birthdays, a love for social dynamics, and keep very tidy management of talent database. 

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As the , Production, Icon Studios, Marketing, GC

  • Street Casting Excellence: Lead on-the-ground talent discovery (fixing, booking) and manage talent & agency relationships with warmth and professionalism. 
     
  • Database Curation: Maintain a hyper-organized talent roster with tags for skills, demographics, and past collaborations. 
     
  • Team Synergy: Partner with Art buyer & Casting directors to execute seasonal focus areas (e.g., athlete diversity, Gen-Z trends). 

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

Reporting to the Director of Studio Production, you will work closely with the creative and styling teams, post-production specialists, and digital imaging experts to deliver high-quality e-commerce content. You will also collaborate with internal Nike stakeholders to align production outputs with broader brand and business goals.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3+ years in casting coordination, street scouting, or talent management. 
  • A social butterfly’s charm + a project manager’s precision. 
  • Experience working with minors or adults (e.g., parental releases, trust-building). 
  • Proficiency with casting tools and Excel.

The position is subject to the standard working hours system. Based on business needs, the company will make adjustments and arrangements for the work shifts and rest days of this position, and will notify you in advance (for example, work shifts may be divided into day shifts and afternoon shifts, and rest days may be scheduled on days other than Saturdays and Sundays).
