You will work closely with the France and EMEA Nike Direct teams, as well as the EMEA Visual Merchandising & Styling (VMS) team, to stay connected to seasonal priorities, emerging trends and best practices.

You will report directly into the Manager, Retail Marketing, VMS France. The shape of your day-to-day work will vary significantly, and therefore your style and influence will have to adapt accordingly.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a consumer-minded marketer with a passion for sport, retail, style, and culture. This person is curious about how consumers experience brands in physical spaces and pays close attention to the details that make retail experiences memorable, constantly looking for ways to elevate the experience. They keep a pulse on youth culture, fashion and emerging trends, and use those insights to create experiences that feel locally relevant and authentic. They are comfortable balancing creativity with execution, building relationships across teams, and influencing partners to deliver to Nike's standards. Most importantly, they are energized by bringing stories to life through product, styling and visual presentation, while continuously looking for ways to elevate the consumer experience. They are eager to learn, challenge the status quo, and contribute to creating premium retail experiences.

You'll bring:

  • An understanding of how visual storytelling, product presentation and styling influence consumer engagement and shopping behavior.
  • The ability to identify and translate trends across sport, fashion, culture, and retail into compelling in-store experiences.
  • A strong understanding of the Parisian consumer, the French marketplace and Nike's position within it, as well as the factors shaping retail and cultural relevance within the marketplace.
  • A sharp eye for detail and an ability to assess retail environments through both a consumer and commercial lens.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence partners across stores and cross-functional teams.
  • Curiosity for styling and an understanding of how product, accessories and silhouettes come together to create a cohesive consumer experience.
  • Ability to adapt to changing consumer, marketplace, and business needs while maintaining a high standard of execution.

Based in Paris, you'll be part of the France Retail Marketing team, helping bring Nike's retail vision to life through elevated and consumer-relevant experiences across the marketplace. Working closely with Retail Brand Marketing, Nike Direct, store teams and EMEA VMS partners, you'll play a key role in ensuring seasonal stories come to life in a way that resonates with the Parisian consumer.

You will:

  • Execute seasonal and daily Visual Merchandising & Styling plans across the Nike marketplace in France, ensuring brand and business priorities come to life consistently in-store.
  • Partner closely with store leaders and VMS teams to drive strong execution, provide guidance on merchandising and styling standards, and elevate the overall store experience.
  • Visit stores regularly to assess execution, identify opportunities, and ensure retail environments remain relevant, inspiring, and connected to the consumer.
  • Support store openings, refreshes, seasonal transitions and retail activations, helping bring product and brand stories to life through merchandising and styling.
  • Contribute to styling playbooks by analyzing product trends, consumer behaviors and the broader Paris retail landscape to identify opportunities for local relevance.
  • Share consumer, marketplace, and competitor insights with cross-functional partners to continuously improve retail experiences and future VMS plans.
