The ideal candidate will support daily trading and operation of Nike.com.hk, including leading the execution on brand & commercial campaign, developing member lifecycle program, optimizing hk.com site features & experience and being a contact center for cross-functional communication and project management.

Key Responsibilities: 

Trading & Operation

  • Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and operation excellence & follow up with prompt actions to ensure target delivery on par

  • Deliver E2E operations with discipline and thru established process to ensure the execution meets expected standard & timeline 

  • Initiate & lead site optimization based on data-driven facts & insights to remove frictions in consumer journey & experience on hk.com

Campaign & Member Program Management

  • Lead seasonal campaign plan and calendar and collaborate with X-team to follow up brand & commercial campaign operational readiness and performance

  • Manage & optimize member program with effective member offering and site experience to elevate member productivity 

Project management and X-team/TP coordination

  • Manage multiple project deliverables, timeline & milestones and coordinate x-team to follow up timely

  • Lead TP to deliver given tasks with productivity and efficiency and hold the accountability for delivering results

Typical Capabilities
-Scope: Supports direct group or team.
-Complexity: Employs self-initiative and can prioritize own work using standardized rules, but work product is subject to frequent review. Shares standard technical or nontechnical information with others, may be required to clarify technical information to aid understanding.
-Problem Solving: Encounters problems which require some fact finding, clarification, and basic analysis with most solutions being found within normal operating processes and policies.
-Knowledge & Skills: Junior professional role contributing in a support capacity and aiming for leadership development. Receives general instruction on work and new assignments and expected to independently execute and drive x-team to deliver as an owner. Determines course of action based on established guidelines.

Education & Other Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree required in the relevant or a related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant or a related field.

-Master in Chinese/English is a must and fluent in Cantonese is a plus

-MMC X MKT/Retail/Digital Biz experience in HKTW market is a plus 

-High commitment in driving results & initiatives

- Adapt to changing and evolving environment 

-Self-motivated and with strong ownership to navigate work in ambiguity
