As a Specialist, CRM Strategy, you'll be part of the EA SPORTS CRM team, supporting communications and player engagement efforts for EA SPORTS FC. Reporting to the Director, CRM, you will play a key role in campaign execution, helping ensure projects are well-organized, documentation is clear, and reporting provides valuable insights. This is a hybrid role, defined as 3 working days from our EA Vancouver office.

You are energized by work that utilizes your skills to pivot quickly to unforeseen tasks, while keeps order with processes and organization. You take pride in delivering high-quality execution that enables larger strategies to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Support email, in-game, push, and web campaigns, including copywriting, QA, scheduling, audience targeting, and asset management.

  • Content & Calendar Management: Maintain campaign calendars, briefs, documentation, forecasting, and approvals to keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned.

  • Reporting & Insights: Produce multi-channel reports on performance and audience health, highlighting trends and opportunities for optimization.

  • Process Support: Build and improve workflows, templates, and documents that increase efficiency and consistency across campaigns.

  • Data Utilization: Use data and analytics to inform campaign recommendations, identify audience growth opportunities, and monitor list health.

  • Collaboration: Partner with brand, creative, production, analytics, and support teams to align on goals, deliverables, and timing.

  • Quality Control: Ensure accuracy and consistency in all CRM outputs through careful proofing, testing, and process checks.

  • Trend Spotting: Stay up to date on sports, gaming, and digital marketing trends, contributing fresh ideas for campaigns and reporting practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years in CRM, digital marketing, or campaign coordination (internships and contract roles included).

  • Familiarity with CRM or email marketing platforms, with comfort working with data in Excel or Google Sheets..

  • Familiarity with soccer and EA SPORTS FC, with knowledge of gaming culture and fandoms as an advantage.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES

* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$66,100 - $90,400 CAD

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
