Purpose of Role

Handle customer deductions and other claims resulting in non- or partial payments from the customer. Checking with all UA departments involved in these claims, and if needed, correcting the invoice(s) after gaining the necessary approvals. Investigating the root cause and set up plans to avoid these issues from re-occurring. For claims that are denied, contact the responsible collection specialist, to pursue payment. Assisting the CFS team where necessary with other tasks related to customer financial services.

Your Impact

• Keeping the Accounts receivable accounts clean
• Improving DSO and reducing overdue
• Acting in the basis of the improvement of processes within Under Armour commercial teams.
• Fostering confident and content customers

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar environment.
• Minimal HAVO or equivalent degree
• Preferred financial experience especially in accounts receivables.
• Association in sport apparel
• Strong analytical skills, pro-active mindset & communicative attitude

Workplace Location

• Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Amsterdam office.
• Return to Work Designation: Hybrid work (baseline of minimum 2 days a week in-office.
