This 6-month Part-Time Internship at adidas provides you with a unique opportunity to apply what you've learned at university, use your knowledge in practice, and live your passion for sports in our Shanghai for Global Sourcing business.

About the Strategic Sourcing & Sustainability Team:

Join the Material Operations Team: A support role in Global Sourcing in driving Sourcing's vision to be the Most Agile, Most Competitive, Most Digitalized & Cleanest Supply Base in the industry by supporting team in driving supply chain decarbonization strategy to reduce our carbon emissions.

Key Objectives & Opportunity:

• To learn how to work with team from different backgrounds and experience international work vibe.
• To enhance data, project management and presentation skills.

Key

Responsibilities:

• Market study on relevant decarbonization technologies, policies and regulations, extract key information and present to wider team for decision-making
• Data analysis on supplier environment KPI performance, provide summaries, follow up on findings
• Collaborate with internal functions within sourcing and across other functions to secure alignment on identified priorities
• Support driving and managing the development and execution of a clean energy strategy across adidas manufacturing supply chain

Requirement:

• Student in progress of undergraduate or master degree program. Preferably major in Environment Management/Engineering, Sustainability, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Textile Engineering
• Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills
• Strong data analytical and presentation skill

• Strong MS Office Skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Fluent in Chinese & English (written and spoken)

• Self-motivated with a keen interest to learn
• At least 3 working days per week, 6 months service period
• Readiness to start the internship in Jan 2025 with 6 months duration.
