The Crown Is Yours

Our engineering division is composed of many tight-knit and stable teams that each own a specific area of our platform all the way from the UI to the database. You will be assigned directly to one of these teams and will work alongside senior engineers responsible for bringing you up to speed. We will value your ability to work closely with a group of your peers to achieve meaningful results and can offer an excellent platform for starting your career in engineering.

What you'll do as a Software Engineer

• You will be developing systems and APIs that power a rich set of applications used by a large and passionate group of users every day.
• Care about agility as much as you care about scalability. We roll out products very quickly and are looking for a team that can pivot at a moment's notice.
• Triage and debug software application issues.
• Work with modern technologies on scalable, reliable systems that people use in a 24/7.
• Contribute to production code immediately.

What you'll bring

• At least 2+ years of development experience in object-oriented programming using languages such as C# or Java.
• You have a strong knowledge of OOP and REST design principles.
• 1+ years of relational database experience including schema design and SQL
• You have experience writing and maintaining a comprehensive suite of unit and integration tests.
• Experience writing distributed systems in a Cloud Computing environment such as AWS strongly preferred.
