WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Nike’s Supply Chain and Planning Technology (SCPT) team powers one of the world’s most sophisticated and dynamic value chains. From long-range demand sensing to sourcing, manufacturing, inventory flow, customer order management, fulfilment, and distribution, SCPT is at the heart of Nike’s global operations. At the India Technology Center, we are building world-class product and engineering teams to accelerate Nike’s digital transformation and deliver innovation at scale. You will work, based out of ITC, in a team of Blue Yonder TMS experts and work closely together with the Transportation Engineering and Business Operations teams.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

For this role, we expect:

  • 3+ years of strong hands-on consulting and implementation experience in Blue Yonder TMS . 

  • Strong understanding of transportation manager, transportation planning, execution, load consolidation, carrier selection, and freight payment processes.

  • Experience in requirement gathering, solution configuration, and functional testing.

  • Knowledge of optimization algorithms, rating engines, and carrier contract management.

  • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and configure Transportation strategy files preferable.

  • Ability to conduct business workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.

  • Familiarity with EDI/API integration between BY TMS and other enterprise systems

  • Strong experience in PL/SQL and TMS data analysis

  • Blue Yonder TMS certification(s) preferred.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills

  • Experience working in agile teams and using tools like Jira and Confluence. 

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Blue Yonder TMS configuration expert, you will:

  • Engage with product manager and business users to gather, document, and validate transportation process requirements.

  • Participate in business analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis workshops

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and Blue Yonder TMS configuration settings.

  • Configure BY TMS modules for planning, execution, rating, and freight payment based on approved design.

  • Support solution design activities by aligning system capabilities with operational goals.

  • Assist in functional testing, UAT, validation of configured solutions and deployment activities

  • Work with integration teams to ensure smooth data flow between BY TMS, enterprise and carrier systems.

  • Support change management and user adoption through training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system enhancements.

  • Support system testing, validation, and deployment activities.
