About DraftKings

We’re defining what it means to build and deliver the most extraordinary sports and entertainment experiences. Our global team is trailblazing new markets, developing cutting-edge products, and shaping the future of responsible gaming.

Here, “impossible” isn’t part of our vocabulary. You’ll face some of the toughest but most rewarding challenges of your career. They’re worth it. Channeling your inner grit will accelerate your growth, help us win as a team, and create unforgettable moments for our customers.

The Crown Is Yours

As an Automation QA Engineer, you will be part of our team developing a complex multi-tier product involving client and server-side software. We extensively use the microservices approach. You will be testing, documenting, and writing spec flow scenarios for system components, based on .NET Core and C#, both on Linux and Windows environments, using Docker containers and following best practices for CI and CD. If you are passionate about using creativity to solve complex problems for a large and dedicated

customer base, then we think you’ll love it here.

What you’ll do as an Automation QA Engineer

  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.

  • Create Test Automation frameworks and in-house libraries and integrate these into the development cycle of other teams within Draftkings.

  • Perform test executions on different areas of our web services.

  • Write testing documentation including test plans, test cases, and SpecFlow scenarios.

  • Report and track the life cycle of discovered bugs.

  • Create, verify, and manage tickets in Jira.

  • Provide support to other engineers on the team to write automation tests.

  • Carry out manual testing as required

What you’ll bring:

  • Solid knowledge of QA methodologies and testing techniques.

  • At least 2 years of experience as QA Engineer.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in creating and maintaining automated test projects.

  • Coding experience in C#.

  • Hands-on experience with API testing using any BDD framework.

  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Good command of the English language in both written and spoken form.

  • Fluency in English.
