• 3-5 years in the social media industry
• 1-2 years of content production experience
• Analytic thinking, high affinity to data, with the ability to translate into strategy and concrete initiatives
• Experience in content production (editing, shooting, etc.)
• Interest in sports or cultural activities is a plus
• Using Adobe Premiere is a plus
• Well-organized team player with the ability to work under pressure, excellent communication, and practical interpersonal skills
• Ability to use Mobile Phone Editor Applications
• Knowledge of Social Media Storytelling
• Deep understanding of TikTok Editor and Instagram Native Reels Video Editor
• Willingness to explore and try new things
• University degree in media production, communication, or relevant work experience
• Travel 20-30%
• Fluent in English
