FHI (Fanatics Holdings Inc.) employees are expected to be on-site 4-days per week. We also offer the unique benefit of allowing employees to temporarily work from anywhere up to 20 days per year.

The Role

Fanatics, the leading sports merchandise and collectibles retailer is seeking a project producer to join their dynamic Fanatics social team. The candidate we're looking for will have a hybrid background in project management and project production. The Project Producer will work closely with our Senior Social Video Producer and Director of Social.

A successful candidate will be able to help run our team status meetings, organize workflows for individual projects and team members, lead comms with internal and external partners, and also have the producer chops to lean in and help our team resource against the ideas we're bringing to life.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the project deliverables for creative concepts/campaigns across the daily social content our internal team is developing.
  • Develop project timelines and work with the Director of Social on budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure that all projects meet the required standards of quality and creativity.
  • Oversee the selection of vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing relationships to ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met, moving the project and various productions forward each step of the way.
  • Manage the day-to-day project schedule, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all project-related issues, ensuring that any problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Take leadership in maintaining an organized library of social content for future reference.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices, and ensure that these are incorporated into all social programming decisions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of +3 years of experience in a project manager or social producer role.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with vendors, team members and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Knowledge of the production process especially for social, and video.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. communications, advertising, marketing, or film production).
  • Knowledge of AI production tools is a bonus

The salary range for this position is $87,500 to $126,250, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
