Social Media Producer

Want to create epic content for our Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts accounts? In this role, you’ll ideate, develop, and execute content for Red Bull’s social media platforms, with focus on TikTok, Instagram and YT Shorts. Expectations are for this role to be the an expert in producing content that, at the same time, creative and optimized for each social channel feed. You’ll also support the education of countries on how to produce and create content that fits Red Bull’s social media channels. RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

IDEATE AND CREATE

Ideate content with athletes, creators or around Red Bull events that are creative, fun and make people feel energized after watching it.

Work with the sports teams, media network managers and Red Bull MOBILE to identify the best opportunities to create content for the global channels.

Write the script for the content, with alternative hooks and beats/moments from the video.

PRODUCE

After ideating, you’ll be responsible to produce these contents, making sure they have set dates to happen, that they are aligned with all necessary stakeholders.

Brief athletes, find the best location, time and date for the shoot to happen, making sure we have all the necessary equipment, materials and team to make the shoot happen.

EXECUTING

For this role, you’ll occasionally be able to use creators and videomakers to capture the content, but you’ll also shoot a lot of the content yourself on smaller productions, being onsite for events and our own shoots.

EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise

• 2-4 Years in the social media industry
• Extremely creative to make sure we are innovating in the content we are creating
• Amazing writing skills to develop scripts for videos
• Knowledge of Social Media Storytelling and differences between each platform
• Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite
• Video Editing Skills and Video FX Understanding
• Deep Knowledge of TikTok Editor and Instagram Native Reels Video Editor
• Willingness to explore and try new things.
