THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it

We’re looking for a Social Graphic/Video Designer to join our Paid Social Creative Team. This is a highly collaborative role, and applicants should be comfortable working closely with a creative team to concept, design, and optimize static, motion, and occasionally lightweight video assets that will be used across a variety of social media platforms.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Design and produce high quality, on-brand social assets to be used across platforms (static, animated, and short-form video formats)
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing media teams to develop concepts that align with our different campaign objectives
  • Develop creative for original social content series (i.e. logos, templates, thumbnails, motion graphics, etc.)
  • Ability to create toolkits based on design briefs and adapt assets to work for multiple social placements and aspect ratios
  • Stay current with social media trends, design innovations, and emerging content formats
  • Maintain consistency with FanDuel’s brand guidelines & identity while pushing creative boundaries for social
  • Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously and hit deadlines
  • Contribute to the growth of a culture that celebrates collaboration, experimentation, and creativity

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in social graphic design (agency or in-house preferred)
  • Deep understanding of social platform nuances, internet culture, and social design best practices
  • Bachelor's degree with a design focus or related field preferred
  • A well-rounded portfolio showcasing creative range, social-first design, and motion work
  • High attention to detail
  • Confident in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and experience with Figma, Canva, or other collaborative design tools
  • Strong interest in sports design and fan culture is a plus

The applicable salary range for this position is $73,000 - $91,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
