Job Description
As a Sitecore Consultant, this in an excellent opportunity for you to join the Professional Services Team and make a positive impact by helping UK and IRE Marketing & Operation teams to achieve operational excellence by providing support and knowledge covering the CMS system (Sitecore).
You will have expert knowledge HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, CMS (WordPress, Wix, Content Hub) and Web Content Management tools to ensure that our clients (Ops & Marketing) have the knowledge and support to flawlessly configure engaging content for our players
You will work with cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, etc.) and provide expert insights to help them with product development.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Sitecore Training
- To design, organize and deliver Sitecore sessions to ensure that new and existing Operations and Marketing users have access to training sessions (F2F & remote/online) and up to date learning material in SharePoint using data-driven methods by collecting user feedback and implement improvements as/when necessary
- To create, organize, and deliver learning material (user guides, release notes, demos) working closely with the Sitecore Dev and Portal Product teams, and other teams if/when applicable, to ensure that the new product releases are communicated to the relevant teams (CRM, Operations, Marketing, etc.) via the PST channels (SharePoint, videos, newsletters, release emails, etc. and they are incorporated into the Sitecore training agenda
- To create raw video footage and video voiceover/narration wherever applicable and supply it to the PST Video Content specialist & Content Specialist to create engaging learning videos
Sitecore Consultancy
- To act as a lead consultant with any UK and IRE business related PST project that involves Sitecore and Customer services to ensure that the CRM and Customer Services narrow any potential knowledge gap that might have a negative impact on players' experience
- Gather feedback and requirements during the consultancy sessions from new and existing users regarding the usage of Sitecore and share them with UK/IRE Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure that there is a continuous feedback loop between these teams and the end users know how to configure the CMS systems the best and most efficient ways
Sitecore Operational Excellence
- Leading Feature Adoption - ensuring that Sitecore features are adopted and used in the best possible way by the various UK/IRE teams (surfacing up of features and promote operational excellence) and leading the first-time configuration for the new product developments (being involved in the creation of content/feature, perform QA/UAT tasks)
- Audit – leading the Sitecore audits for UK/IRE teams, strategy for it (automation of the audit process wherever possible) - developing training strategies from results
Leading CMS Operational Excellence for UK/IRE teams
- Design, develop, and configure new/complex/advanced features in collaboration with content editors and developers
- Review web content, links, and design; provide necessary updates and enhancements in a timely manner
- Conduct user testing and use analysis to assess usability and effectiveness of site; recommend improvements based on analysis
- Discuss, analyse, review, and resolve usability issues in conjunction with development teams
- Maintain knowledge and expertise in web design and development; participate in professional conferences, workshops, and groups
- Maintain custom products/features that support members of the UK/IRE Operations & Marketing teams (e.g. QA tool maintenance, etc.)
Occasional Responsibility
- Design and execute template and structural changes to the CMS that support the improvement of daily work for members of the UK/IRE Operations & Marketing Teams
WHERE YOU'LL WORK
- This role is based out of our Atlantic Suites office in Gibraltar
- This role operates on a 9-17:30 basis Monday to Friday

- Sitecore CMS experience is a bonus
- Experience with Developer Tools (browser)
