Shropshire FA - Participation Officer (Coaching & Pathways)

Shropshire FA are currently looking for a Participation Officer (Coaching & Pathways) to join their team.

Location: Shropshire FA, 2 High Street, Dawley, Telford. TF4 2ET. Homeworking is permitted where agreed
and travel to locations across the County will be required

Working Hours: 37.5 hrs including evening and weekend work when required

Contract Type: Fixed Term until 30 June 2028

Salary: £26,682.50

Job Responsibilities:

• Support delivery of The FA National Game Strategy and the Shropshire Football Association Business
  Strategy.
• Support delivery of the FA Learning strategy: Inspire positive change through football by raising
  standards of coaching and ensuring a safe and inclusive game.
• Develop and deliver a sustainable plan for growth and quality across all football pathways.
  Contribute to the effective implementation of The FA's Safeguarding Operating Standard for County
  FAs.
• Support the adoption of FA technology systems across grassroots football.
• Comply with FA rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidance that are in place from time to time
